Spring 2019 Renewal Form

Welcome to the Spring 2019 Renewal Form! Please make sure you have the materials you need to complete the renewal.

  • Spring 2019 Renewal Instructions:
    • All SCS Noonan Scholars who are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree are required to submit this form. 
    • If you are taking next semester off, please still submit this renewal form.
    • You will be required to submit the following documents:
      • Proof of Enrollment for the Spring 2019 Term
      • Latest College Transcript. Please ensure Fall 2018 (and Summer 2018 if applicable) courses are listed in your transcript.
      • Your Updated Resume.
  • Renewal Deadlines
    • Priority Deadline:
      Submitting your renewal by Friday, January 18th will guarantee that you receive your check by January 31st *
    • Final Deadline:
      Submitting your renewal by Friday, February 1st will guarantee that you receive your check by February 15th.* 

*If we have any issues with your attachments or have questions about the information you submitted, this may result in a processing delay of your check. If your GPA is below 2.5 this semester, you may need to meet with a Success Manager before the check is sent.
