The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO), a new chief-level position, will develop and lead SCS Noonan’s strategy for expanding philanthropic support, and play a critical role in building the brand and impact of the newly merged organization. This is a compelling opportunity for a highly experienced and entrepreneurial leader to build a robust, diversified, best-practices advancement program that will provide the capacity for continued expansion of SCS Noonan’s fundraising and external relations efforts and results.
Chief Operations Officer & West Coast Executive Director – Los Angeles
SCS Noonan Scholars is seeking a Chief Operating Officer & West Coast Executive Director to help lead the organization through its next phase of development, innovation and growth. Based in Los Angeles, California, this position will play a critical role across all functional areas within both the Boston and Los Angeles offices to increase the productivity of the organization; ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations; build collaboration and communication; and develop a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals.
National Director of Career Development – Los Angeles
SCS Noonan Scholars is looking to recruit a National Director of Career Development who will serve as a
visionary and effective leader as we deepen the scope and impact of our career programming. The National
Director of Career Development will lead the career development team and will report to the Chief Program
National Director of Mentorship – Los Angeles or Boston
SCS Noonan Scholars is looking to recruit an experienced and innovative National Director of Mentorship who
will shape and lead the mentorship program, driving improvements to the existing program, establishing best
practices, and maximizing its impact. The Director will work closely with other members of the program and
development teams and will report to the Chief Program Officer.
